Getting started
WorkSoul is an AI assistant for your group chats: it reads the conversations you connect, and keeps a private, searchable copy so it can answer from them. You can try it without creating an account:
- Try the demo — a sample workspace with conversations, tasks and reminders. Nothing is connected and nothing is stored.
- Start without an email — enter a nickname and use a real workspace right away. Add an email later and everything you've collected carries over.
Connecting your chats
Open Settings → Connectors and pick a platform (Discord, Telegram or LINE). You'll get a short link code — send /link YOUR-CODE in the chat you want WorkSoul to follow. From then on that conversation appears under Browse, and tasks and reminders are pulled out of it automatically.
WhatsApp is not open to the public yet.
Adding the real WorkSoul — please read before you search
Never add WorkSoul by searching for it on a chat platform. Accounts using almost the same name and picture exist and are not us — one of them recruits people into a fake dating operation. Adding the wrong one hands it everything said in that chat, and there is no undoing that afterwards.
Add WorkSoul only from the button inside the WorkSoul app, or from a link sent by WorkSoul itself (send /invite in a chat where it is already connected). If you want to check by hand, these are the only official accounts:
- Telegram — @WorkSoul_bot
- LINE — @674jyveb
- Discord — WorkSoul#5932
If you think you added the wrong one: remove it from the chat, and do not send it a link code. A link code is what gives an account access — without one it can read nothing from your WorkSoul.
Common questions
- Ask returns nothing. Ask only searches conversations you have connected or imported. Connect a chat first, or try the demo to see how it works.
- A reminder didn't reach my phone. On Discord, a plain channel message only pushes a notification if that server's notification setting is "All Messages". Direct messages on Telegram and LINE always push.
- I've run out of credits. Usage is shown in Settings. Free and trial accounts have a smaller budget; you can upgrade or buy a top-up.
- How do I delete everything? Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete account permanently removes your account and all conversations, tasks and settings from our servers.
Privacy
Your conversations are encrypted at rest, isolated to your account, and never sold or shared with advertisers. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.
